The system uses an electronic transformer to lower the mains voltage, stabilize it at the desired level and therefore reduce the power consumption of lighting systems by up to 30 %.

DeltaVolt systems control the supplied mains voltage and ensure that it remains at a constant level in accordance with IEC 60038 that is also ideal in terms of business and technical requirements. Especially in the case of voltage-dependent consumers, this results in reduced power consumption. Examples of usage are light fixtures with conventional or inductive ballasts and AC motors in partial load operation.
