New construction of production and office building
After 50 years' activities in Bovenden-Lenglern, Ruhstrat GmbH will relocate their headquarter by mid 2012 to the industrial district "AREA 3" in Bovenden.
Due to continuously increasing workforce ( from 2008 to 2011 workforce grew by approx. 30%), the production areas at the Lenglern location have become too small and thus arrived at their capacity limits, which made this strategic decision indispensable.
A further enlargement of the Lenglern location, due to the constructional and spatial situation, was not possible.
The building project started in May, 2011, and will probably be terminated within the first half year of 2012.
