Apply as terms and conditions of the "General conditions for products and services of the Electrical Industry" (latest version).

For export orders: 

Our sales and delivery conditions are subject to the ORGALIME, General Terms for the Delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Products (Brussels, August 2000, pages 1-4) and the »Supplementary Agreements on the Application of German Law to the ORGALIME General Terms«. UN purchasing law is explicitly excluded.
