Toroidal transformers for the supply of medical rooms
Toroidal isolating transformers with a core without air gap and with very low magnetic stray fields are used. There is therefore no risk for medical devices. The casting of the wound toroidal isolation transformer in resin allows a higher degree of protection (IP54). It enables a simple mechanical attachment. The transformers have a greater insulation.
The toroidal transformers are switched on by a patented transformer switching relay with only the nominal or no-load current.
The inrush current is avoided. The toroidal isolation transformers have an increased isolation and with a static screen winding between the primary and secondary winding and led out, connections have been isolated. For the protection of the isolation transformers to overload a PTC thermistor is integrated into the winding and led to the debate on the current and temperature monitoring device to terminal.
Single-phase toroidal isolation transformer
The single-phase isolating transformer has, in addition to the secondary side of a protruding center tap for connection of the insulation monitoring device.
Rated input voltage: | 230 V or 400 Vwith a tap at ± 5% |
Rated output voltage: | Load voltage 220 V with center |
Frequency: | 50/60 Hz |
Switching: | Ii0 |
Three-phase toroidal isolation transformer
The three-phase isolation transformer on the secondary has brought out a star point for connection of the insulation monitoring device.
Rated input voltage: | 3 x 400 V with a tap at ± 5% |
Rated output voltage: | Load voltage 3 x 220 V |
Frequency: | 50/60 Hz |
Switching: | YNyn0 |
