Application
The electrical heated hinged-tube furnace is used for the thermal treatment of powdery or grainy materials in a fixed retort.
Description of equipment
The electrical heated hinged-tube furnace equipment is customised designed and consists of the hinged-tube furnace with pneumatic operated retractable device of furnace roof, retort and PCS controlled measuring and control station as well as a separate PC-case for the visualisation of the process.
The hinged-tube furnace is built as a hinged horizontal furnace. In the opened furnace the retort will be inserted before the hinged-tube furnace is closed and heated.
The heating of the hinged-tube furnace is done via fibre heating modules, in which the heating coils are embedded. The heating is devided in three separated controllable zones and is controlled via the PCS, corresponding to customised temperature / time diagramm, over thyristors. The temperature recording at the heating space is done with thermocouples. Additionally is, according to the regulations, for each heating zone an over-temperature safety circuit installed.
The process run is showed on a separate monitor with PC-support. The process data are transmitted to the superior process control system.
